6mm Dyed Jade Beads.  4 White Lava Stone Beads.  1mm Stretch Cord.  Gently roll the bracelet onto your arm - being careful to not over-stretch.  Apply 1-3 drops of your favorite essential oil directly to the Lava Stone Bead
